Mudon is an occupied and self-sufficient community of family villas and townhouses, which is located along Al Qudra Road near Arabian Ranches. Mudon means “cities” in Arabic and the architecture resembles that of different cities around the world.
Mudon is located at the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road (E611) opposite Arabian Ranches and is about 20 minutes drive to the Mall of the Emirates. It is in close proximity to major Dubai roads such as Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Road (E66).
The first phase of houses were delivered as recent as January 2015 and comprised entirely of townhouses. Independent villas in the second phase have been delivered in February 2016 and will continue to be delivered until about the end of the year. Sub-communities such as Arabella 1 and 2 were launched in 2015, as well, and are expected to be delivered starting 2018.
Mudon has a huge selection of large and spacious four-bedroom townhouses, large independent three-, four- and five-bedroom villas. Around 400 townhouses and 100 villas have been handed over, and the rest is underway.
Mudon is a freehold project which means that it is open for purchase by anyone. People from various nationalities have already purchased for both investment and end-use purposes.
The master development is by Dubai Properties (DP), an extremely reliable and one amongst the most trusted developers in Dubai. DP has, to its credit, iconic and successful projects such as Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Executive Towers, Bay Square and The Villa in Dubailand.
