Majan is a mix use development. It is located approximately just north of the geographical center of Dubai. Along the frontage of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and in close proximity to Al Ain Road.

The site is well connected to the main arterial roads of Al Ain and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Roads which offers strategic access to Al Ain, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. In addition Umm Sequeim Road nearby offers a direct route to Sheikh Zayed Road. In essence it had good existing and future linkages within Dubai and to the other Emirates.
