Chaimaa Holding is a Moroccan group operating in various economic sectors. Since its inception, through its real-estate pole Chaimaa Holding contributed to Morocco’s housing needs by investing in the full chain of housing production: Construction, building materials, VRD (earthworks, civil engineering and remediation) and naturally, property development.

Majan is a mix use development. It is located approximately just north of the geographical center of Dubai. Along the frontage of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and in close proximity to Al Ain Road.

The site is well connected to the main arterial roads of Al Ain and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Roads which offers strategic access to Al Ain, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. In addition Umm Sequeim Road nearby offers a direct route to Sheikh Zayed Road. In essence it had good existing and future linkages within Dubai and to the other Emirates.

The site context of Majan is situated within the wider framework of Dubailand, whereby the site is positioned at the top end acting, along with Arjan and Liwan, as a gateway development.

Majan is surrounded by large scale residential, commercial, entertainment, and hospitality developments. These include immediate development of Global Village, Arabian Ranches and Dubai Silicon Oasis. As mentioned previously, Arjan and Liwan form part of the surrounding development within the Dubailand Framework.

Majan plan provides the following community facilities based on a resident population: Religious Facilities, Educational Facilitates, Healthcare Facilities, Police Station, Civil Defense and Community Shopping Centers.
