Announced in early March 2015, Town Square is a massive development to be developed at the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Dubai By-pass Road.
The project is being built directly opposite Emaar's Al Reem development - where projects such as Mira and Mira Oasis were launched in 2013 and 2014.
The development will spread over 750 acres and contain mainly townhouses and apartments. The major feature of the development is a large 'town-square' at the center of the project which according to the developer will be the size of 16 football fields and feature retail, parks, a cinema etc. If it turns out anything like the proposed renders, it will be one of Dubai's most beautiful public spaces.
