Offering.
Marsa Al Arab is an AED 6.3 billion ($1.7 billion) project catered to tourists in Dubai. This project will be built on two islands on both sides of the Burj Al Arab Hotel. One island is devoted to entertainment venues and family tourism while the other island is a dedicated luxury resort. The entertainment island will feature the Wild Wadi Waterpark and Marine Park. The island located on the left of Burj al Arab will offer 140 luxurious villas. Moreover, the project will include a private yacht marina, yacht club, gourmet restaurants, helipad, convention centre, hotels and shopping outlets spread across 20,000 square metres.
The Quay Wall Villas in Marsa Al Arab are 6-star luxury villas with views of the historic Burj Al Arab. The villas, which are located next to the elegant Marsa Al Arab Hotel, have 360-degree views of the exquisite superyacht basin and the beach, providing a unique dual perspective of the sea and the marina, allowing residents and guests to enjoy the tranquillity of two different horizons.
Marsa Al Arab villas provide a wide range of amenities and services to provide a smooth experience, whether you're spending quality time with family and friends or hosting a lavish banquet.
Each villa has a ground level and three higher storeys, creating a perfect combination of intimacy and openness. The various forms of the volumes are the result of adapting to the design vision and site conditions, maximizing privacy for each family while still creating spaces where the interior spaces visually integrate with the sea, resulting in a series of excavations that become patios, terraces, and other outdoor spaces.
The main materials used in the Marsa Al Arab villas are a combination of opulent natural material, providing a luxurious clean-cut aesthetic for the modern resident. Inspired by the nautical lifestyle of relaxation, the crisp white lines and timber decks portrayed in superyachts, and crisp architectural tectonics, the main materials used in the villa are a combination of opulent natural material, providing a luxurious clean-cut aesthetic for the modern resident. There are three different facade alternatives for the villas, each having small differences in the handling of the bricks.
The subtle maritime influences derived from the grandeur of current super-luxurious motor boats inspired the design for Marsa Al Arab. The shape is reminiscent of standing on a yacht's top deck.
The hotel has 13 floors, a total of 408 rooms facing the sea, with large balconies, designed to allow guests to feel the harmonious feeling of the extended internal space. The upper level of the crown includes four exclusive penthouses, each with an area of 650 square meters. Combinations of single-story, double-story and three-story apartments feature private swimming pools on their spacious balcony terraces, providing residents with maximum privacy and unobstructed views of Burj Al Arab, the Arabian Gulf and the quaint new Dubai Marina.
